Terms of Service
Effective date: April 26, 2026
By using hearthwell.us or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
What Hearthwell is. Hearthwell is a non-medical home support membership. We coordinate visits, vet and manage outside vendors, handle small fixes, and provide documented updates about your aging parent's home. Hearthwell is not a medical provider, home health agency, or personal care service. We do not administer medications, assist with bathing or toileting, provide transportation, or make medical decisions.
Applying for service. Submitting a Priority Access application does not create a service agreement. We review each application individually and reach out to applicants to discuss whether Hearthwell is a fit. Service begins only after a separate membership agreement is signed.
Service scope. Hearthwell operates in specific metros (currently Florida, Texas, Rhode Island, Utah, and Idaho) and delivers the services described in your membership agreement. We do not guarantee outcomes related to your parent's health, safety, or the work of any third-party vendor.
Third-party vendors. When Hearthwell coordinates outside vendors (plumbers, electricians, handymen, and similar) on your behalf, those vendors are independent businesses. Hearthwell is not responsible for their pricing, performance, or work product, though we select carefully and document each interaction.
Intellectual property. The Hearthwell name, logo, content, and materials belong to us. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without written permission.
Disclaimer. The information on hearthwell.us is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Please consult qualified professionals for specific questions about your parent's care.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hearthwell's total liability arising from your use of this website or services provided here is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months. Hearthwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes. We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Hearthwell is legally organized, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that state.
