Hearthwell provides non-medical home support services for families managing an aging parent from a distance. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

What we collect. When you submit a Priority Access application, book a call, or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), information you share about your parent's situation and home, and any notes from our conversations. When you visit hearthwell.us, we also collect standard web analytics (pages visited, referring source, device type) and advertising parameters (like utm_source and utm_content) that help us understand which campaigns bring people here.

How we use it. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether Hearthwell is a fit for your situation, schedule conversations, deliver services if you become a member, and improve how we reach and serve families like yours.

Who we share it with. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the business: Typeform (application intake), Calendly (scheduling), our email service provider, and standard website analytics. These providers only see what they need to do their job. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your rights. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion at any time. Email hello@hearthwell.us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of any sale or share of personal information (we don't sell; your data stays with us).

Cookies and tracking. Hearthwell.us uses cookies for basic site functionality and to measure advertising performance through Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children. Hearthwell is a service for adult family members. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. We'll update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date above reflects the current version.
